Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer-centric CRM strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage all project documentations, collections, and registrations
  • Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Monitor key CRM metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
  • Optimize the CRM system to enhance functionality and user experience
