We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Strategist to join our team at Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies, managing projects, overseeing data analysis, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a customer-centric CRM strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage all project documentations, collections, and registrations
- Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer queries and complaints
- Monitor key CRM metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives
- Optimize the CRM system to enhance functionality and user experience
