About the Role

The Visual Design Strategist will be responsible for distilling creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and objectives, and develop designs that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sprinklr's brand identity and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and product managers to create cohesive and effective visual solutions.
  • Conceptualize and design visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and infographics, that effectively communicate complex ideas and engage customers.
  • Design emailers, newsletters, and other digital communications that drive conversion and retention.
  • Work with the sales team to create customized presentations and proposals that showcase Sprinklr's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve design quality and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful as a Visual Design Strategist at Sprinklr, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create visually stunning and effective designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
