Job Summary:

About the Role:
This role involves lead generation & prospecting, client relationship management, sales pipeline management, market research, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating CRM systems with client information, following up on leads and opportunities to close deals effectively, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and feedback to improve business strategies, working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets, supporting team initiatives to increase overall revenue and brand visibility, and communicating effectively with clients across different cultures.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome. The selected candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to communicate effectively with clients across different cultures, basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is advantageous. The selected candidate will also have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
