**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Vijayawada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the manufacturing sector.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Product Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
