Job Description:As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary objective is to drive revenue growth through various sales channels. You will lead a team of sales professionals, formulate strategic plans, and execute initiatives to surpass revenue goals.
Your role is pivotal in directing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics to optimize sales performance and ensure business success.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated region.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Dealer and Distributor networks.
- Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Apply strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower a sales team.
- Cultivate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze data-driven insights to inform sales planning and execution strategies.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Display adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be willing to travel within the region as required.
- Maintain analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in the field of sales.
Salary Information: This full-time position comes with an estimated annual salary range of 8-10 lakhs (LPA) and offers opportunities for growth and professional development.
