Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our high-quality fly ash products to cement plants in Andhra Pradesh, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase sales revenue and market share, and conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at cement plants in Andhra Pradesh.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cement industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the cement industry, including fly ash products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and/or English (written and spoken).

Compensation and Benefits:

Our estimated salary range is ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
