Job Title: Operations Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Sales Manager to join our team at Coworking Studio. As an integral part of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, collaborating with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage space utilization, customer relationships, operational activities, and events.
  • Foster a collaborative workspace for members and prospective clients.
  • Onboard new members, introduce them to the community, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address client, vendor, and staff-related issues promptly.
  • Create a seamless experience for customers in the coworking space.
  • Communicate effectively with members and oversee regular get-togethers.
  • Plan and execute birthdays, festivals, and other celebrations in the office.
  • Oversee lobby/reception area to ensure a positive first impression for visitors.
  • Manage event space usage, including setup logistics, billing, and tracking daily traffic.
  • Assist with local marketing, networking, and leasing new office spaces.
  • Maintain attendance records and track meeting/conference room bookings.
  • Collect monthly feedback from customers and generate new leads.
