Operations Sales Director

Job Description Duties & Responsibilities
As Operations Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the space and collaborating with clients, tracking daily activities of the center, and entertaining visiting clients with the goal of conversion. You will also be responsible for boosting networking in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Space Management, Customer Relationship Management, Operations Management, Events, and other related tasks
- Foster a collaborative workspace for coworking members and new/prospective clients
- Onboard new coworking members and introduce them to the community
- Handle customer service issues related to the center, clients, vendors, and staff
- Create a great experience for customers in the coworking space
- Communicate with coworking members and oversee bi-monthly get-togethers
- Plan birthdays, festivals, and other celebrations in the office
- Oversee the lobby/reception area to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors and first-time guests
- Manage event space usage, including setup logistics, billing, and other related tasks
- Track and record daily traffic into the coworking space and maintain a log
- Assist with local area marketing and networking to drive leads
- Assist with leasing new office spaces and collecting rent
- Maintain attendance and track usage of meeting/conference rooms
- Collect monthly feedback from customers and create ways to generate new leads and onboard new clients

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Any graduation specialization
- Good knowledge and practice of MS Excel, Word, and other related software
- Customer relationship and sales experience
- Vendor management experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Community Management or Operations Management within the Real Estate industry
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience in the field would be a strong advantage
- A strong networker and relationship builder
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- A strong attention to detail and high standard work delivery
