Job Title: Culinary Director

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum

The Culinary Director will play a key leadership role in driving our culinary strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food experiences across our restaurants. 1. Menu Design and Development: Create innovative and appealing menu offerings that reflect the latest culinary trends and meet customer demands.
2. Culinary Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
3. Leadership and Training: Mentor and train junior chefs, promoting their professional development and contributing to the creation of a positive and productive team culture.
4. Food Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

1. Proven Culinary Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on employee engagement, retention, and development.
3. Culinary Expertise: In-depth knowledge of menu engineering, food trends, and culinary best practices.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
