Job Summary
The Field Project Manager will be responsible for increasing the demand of family planning products through counselling of Pharmaceutical network. This position focuses on market development and sales of contraceptives in alignment with the project's objective of ensuring accessible and affordable products on post abortion care.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard pharmacies in the network to achieve the target assigned for the project districts
- Visiting network pharmacies regularly to ensure the compliance of policies, incentive schemes and timely reporting by the pharmacies
- Provide handholding support in the beginning to onboarded pharmacies in dealing with JFC's cloud-based reporting mechanisms
- Help partners establish a referral system to accommodate customer requests for services that the partner cannot provide
- Evaluate opportunities to optimize product placement and improve consumer engagement
- Train the network pharmacies in counseling on family planning and ensure availability of counseling aids across those pharmacies
- Any other related assignment as and when asked by the senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or marketing or business development, especially in the pharma sector or having experience of similar nature of intervention on post abortion care
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share
- Strong negotiation skills and maintaining partnerships with retailers and other stakeholders
- Familiar with computer packages (Excel and Emails)
- Prepared for extensive traveling in his/her project district
