Job Overview
IDFC FIRST Bank is a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Territory Manager-Cross Sell to join its team. This role will be responsible for sourcing loans from the market, establishing quality portfolios, and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and acquiring business from market channels, ensuring quality portfolio management by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
- Extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends to identify changing market trends, develop new channels, and provide high-quality customer service.
- Recommend improvements to processes and policies to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service across the Retail Banking business.
- Manage a team to achieve sales targets while adhering to risk management policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, with any graduation degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales development and portfolio management. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential.
Salary and Benefits
