Regional Head of Business Development

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Regional Head to lead our Business Development efforts in Vijaywada and Vizag. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with channel partners, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, focusing on Mortgage, Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Business Loans.
- Channel Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Builders, Realtors, CA, DSA, and corporates to leverage business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 10-20 people, including Sales Managers and Relationship Managers, to achieve sales targets and grow the AUM base.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve sales processes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, achieving sales targets and growing the business.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
