About the Role

Overview

Urban Money is seeking an experienced Regional Head to lead our sales team in Vijaywada and Vizag. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including builders, realtors, and corporates.
  • Manage sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the mortgage and home loan industry.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
