At Collabera, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across various regions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented sales professional who can build long-term relationships with clients, expand our existing client base, and successfully penetrate new markets. If you have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across the USA.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at these companies.
- Collaborate with our account executives to ensure accurate information and successful sales outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to post-implementation follow-up.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A deep understanding of the IT staffing industry and Collabera's services.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospect management.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
