We are seeking an experienced professional with over 7 years of expertise in managing government and educational accounts, particularly within the Vijayawada market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise products and demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with government and educational institutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the Vijayawada market to identify opportunities for growth and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise products to effectively present and demonstrate value to clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the government and educational sectors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align services with client requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the products.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, specifically with government and educational sectors.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Vijayawada market and its specific needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
