Brief about Role:
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales channels. Leading a team of sales professionals, formulating strategic plans, and executing initiatives to surpass revenue goals will be key objectives.
This role is pivotal in directing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics to optimize sales performance and ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Dealer, Distributor presence.
- Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and empower a sales team to excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
- Proficiency in sales CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond as required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7+ proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
