Job Title: Sales Director for IT Solutions

Lepton Software is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Government & Railway industry sales efforts.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This role requires a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT solution/application sales with a focus on Government & Railway industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Government & Railway industry
  • Bid and proposal management, ensuring timely submission and high-quality delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with key government officials, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with SI and third-party vendors to meet customer needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of GIS/software-based solutions and applications
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of specific industry, Railways
