International Sales Director

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior International Sales Representative to join our team at Intech Systems. As a Senior International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving international sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the international market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
- Source new business opportunities through research and networking
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience preferably in ERP, CRM, BI, etc., in an international market
- Experience working with US clients is desirable
- B.Tech. + MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
