Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions to various stakeholders, including architects, MEP consultants, and PMC community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customer segments in the enterprise and corporate sectors.
  • Research key contacts and build relationships with stakeholders, including architects, MEP consultants, and PMC community.
  • Generate own leads and take ownership of the sales journey from lead generation to closure.
  • Apply consultative sales skills to build relationships with stakeholders and provide accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM.
  • A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 35 years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Experience of working directly with facility managers, consultant architects, design & build HVAC consultant, lighting consultant, PMC, and specifying products/solutions getting necessary approvals.
  • Willingness to work in a 20/80 environment of office and field environment.
  • Knowledge of technical specifications, procurement process, decision-making criteria, and processes used in the industry.
  • Team player with excellent oral & written communication, presentation skills, and ability to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
  • Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-minded, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Education/Experience
  • Good to have experience working on CRM Tools.
  • Experience working on B2B portals to generate leads.
  • Education in BBA/BCA/Engineering degree or equivalent.
