Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at BD Software Distribution Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

• Communicate with customers through phone calls to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.• Handle incoming calls and follow up on leads and renewal data to ensure timely and efficient communication.• Perform market research to gather and process data that supports sales efforts.• Assist and coordinate with the sales team to meet sales targets.• Help close sales and achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.• Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• 2 years of inside calling experience in IT hardware and software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.• Identify prospects, grow, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.• Coordinate software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.• Experience in market research, data mining, and cold calling.• Generate new potential clients through cold calling and social media platforms.• Communicate with organization heads and schedule appointments for product demos.• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a member of a remote team.• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.• Market research to identify new markets and prospects.• Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written).• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.• Good convincing ability and confident personality.• Data-driven approach towards the sales process.• Full understanding of the sales process from database generation to fixing appointments.• Min 1 year of relevant experience in software/hardware sales.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Knowledge of lead generation and email hunting.• Excellent knowledge of search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.• Strong analytical and critical thinking.• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management.
