Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our Software Solutions team at Mahity System Pvt. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development practices and be familiar with technologies such as Spring Boot, Node.js, Kafka, AWS, MongoDB, MySQL, and Excel. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and demonstrate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services, industry trends, and competition.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of software development practices.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Node.js, Kafka, AWS, MongoDB, MySQL, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
