The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Job
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sales success.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
- Qualify leads and hand over to sales teams to close sales.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
The Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Consulting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of communication skills, self-motivation, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
- Self-starter with high resilience.
