The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Job

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers to maximize share of wallet.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business growth.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive sales success.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Qualify leads and hand over to sales teams to close sales.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, preferably in the Consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of communication skills, self-motivation, patience, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • Self-starter with high resilience.
