About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Green Pastures Management Consultancy (GPMC). As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and customer service processes.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales funnel, generating leads and handing over qualified leads to the sales team for closure.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2C sales or inside sales/sales development representative role, preferably in the consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of communication skills, self-motivation, patience, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • Self-starter with a high level of resilience.
