Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at All Time Plastics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain contact with international customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all marketing aspects of assigned geographical regions, including retaining and growing existing clients, handling major accounts, and negotiating quotes and sales orders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Maintaining contact with international customers
- Responsible for all marketing aspects of assigned geographical regions
- Negotiation and finalization of quotes, sales orders, and payment terms
- Follow-up on new enquiries and providing quotations, price lists, and samples
- Coordinating with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for order execution
- Updating clients on order developments and resolving queries and problems
- Resolving after-sales quality issues
- Coordination with logistic teams for vessel schedules
- Punching sales orders in the system
- Maintaining Data Management Systems and MIS
Preferred Candidate Profile
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
