Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to ensure collection of customer company documents required for reports preparation.
- Perform rigorous follow-ups with customers for documents or management discussion to maintain a continuous inflow of documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure the sales process functions smoothly and customers have a good experience working with D&B.
- Lead review calls with the Head of Department, Ops team, and share updates on inventory cases, highlighting potential risks.
- Manage the online MIS with minimal errors for smooth information flow between Ops and CS teams.
- Inventory Management – Monitor the inventory of the region at all times.
- Revenue Forecasting – Analyze revenue for the month against targets and raise concerns as necessary.
- Client Engagement
- Communication on checks and renewal clients.
- Monthly distribution of newsletters to clients.
- Arrange webinars for clients and prospects.
- Share MIS/updates on a fortnightly basis.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
