Job Overview

CapTalent HR is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and promote products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory's potential, track sales and status reports.
Requirements
  • Work experience as a sales representative in the medical field.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Able to prioritize, time manage, and possess organizational skills.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health sector and be able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. The salary for this role is estimated to be ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
