Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving the company's growth objectives.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per month, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's short-term and long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define strategic sales goals and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Sales Performance: Perform advanced data analysis using Excel to monitor sales performance, forecast sales trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • P&L Management: Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure sales strategies are aligned with financial goals and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and support key strategic projects across departments, ensuring collaboration and effective execution of business initiatives.
  • Track progress and report results of strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Growth Opportunities & Market Strategy: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Implement initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Sales Metrics & KPIs: Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive positioning, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and competitor activities.
  • Process Automation: Leverage automation tools such as Power Automate to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the sales function.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills: Proficiency in using complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset: Ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in P&L management: Understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Power Automate or similar platforms to optimize sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the coworking industry or a similar dynamic environment is a plus.
