About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Operations Lead to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide an opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Mentor and coach sales teams to enhance their performance and skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 6+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
