Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Business Lead to join our team at IMT Care. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals, including identifying new markets, analyzing data and trends, and creating sales plans.
Sales Strategy Development
The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic planning, team building, and business leadership. They will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop distributor and dealer network strategies and procedures
- Analyze sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize current ones
- Implement the company's sales policies at the field level and enforce disciplinary actions
- Hire and train sales teams in different regions to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes, customer behaviors, and market trends
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in team management and leadership
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 based on industry standards and location. The actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.
