Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Allies Business Hub seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our organization.
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business development and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, sales process management, and negotiation.
About the Role:
- Leverage industry connections and networks to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and communicating how our products and services can address those needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth conversions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals that foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computers, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development in the IT industry.
- Prior experience in staffing and/or software product sales is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record in deal closure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- A competitive $65,000 - $80,000 per year salary, commensurate with experience.
