About the Role:

  • Leverage industry connections and networks to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and communicating how our products and services can address those needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth conversions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals that foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computers, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development in the IT industry.
  • Prior experience in staffing and/or software product sales is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record in deal closure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
