We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to manage customer relationships and develop strategic sales plans. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, creating sales pipelines, generating leads, and ensuring sales objectives are achieved.

Sales Growth Specialist duties and responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
  • Creating a robust sales pipeline
  • Generating relevant and potential leads
  • Managing relationships with customers
  • Organizing and leading key account meetings
  • Ensuring that sales objectives are achieved
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
  • Negotiating with clients for contracts
  • Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Providing timely and accurate forecasts

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar profile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in PowerPoint presentation
