Roles and Responsibilities

As a Strategic Sales Professional at RapSys Technologies, you will be responsible for Business Acquisition of residential properties. This entails Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the designated area and Follow independent owner deals to close them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verification of location and house before onboarding the property
  • Pitch about the company's policies and pitch to owners
  • Collection of details for Agreement Generation between Owners and Jugyah
  • Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention

Requirements

  • Experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Convincing Skills
  • Flexible with working days and times
  • 2 Wheeler
  • Age criteria: 18 - 35 years

To be successful in this role, you'll need

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or any regional language (Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati)
  • Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements
