We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Dun & Bradstreet.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by streamlining our sales processes, improving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Operations:
  • Master creation, contract booking, and order form generation
  • Validation of approvals before client activation, pricing approvals, and credit approval
  • Finance committee approval for contracts greater than INR 25 Lakh and NDA/MSA documentation

Post-Sales Operations:

  • Invoicing, account activation, and fulfillment on BIR, DBC, and FA
  • Renewal tracking and supporting sales and collections teams on accounts receivables

Customer Onboarding & Management:

  • Smooth customer onboarding and customer lifecycle management via regular interactions and feedback
  • Supporting sales teams on documentation and regular client interactions to ensure revenue from signed contracts
  • Creating and implementing service plans across business units

Account Servicing:

  • Coordination for product trainings/demos and customer query resolution on products
  • Interaction with customers for invoice acknowledgement and payment realization

Requirements:

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills to drive results and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent business communication skills, MS Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Motivated and energetic with sound business acumen
