Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager

At Growisto, we seek a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate enterprise-level accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate enterprise-level accounts
• Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to appeal to the varying needs of multiple stakeholders in the sales process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
