Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering with an MBA being a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry, particularly in accessories sales.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and market research.
