Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Automotive Accessories to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand accessories sales through our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand accessories sales through our dealer network.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor cluster and zone wise performance and provide support to dealers in achieving sales targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive accessories sales.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns for accessories.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers and their sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry, particularly in accessories sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with channel partners.
