About the Role:


We are seeking a Sales Manager - Automotive Accessories to join our team at Mahindra Rise. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand accessories sales through our dealer network.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand accessories sales through our dealer network.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Monitor cluster and zone wise performance and provide support to dealers in achieving sales targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive accessories sales.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns for accessories.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealers and their sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.

Requirements:



  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA is a plus
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry, particularly in accessories sales
  • Strong understanding of dealer network dynamics and channel management strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and market research
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally
