Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Maintain contact with all customers in the international market area
- Responsible for all marketing aspects of assigned geographical regions
- Negotiate and finalize quotes, sales orders, and payment terms with overseas clients
- Follow up on new enquiries, provide quotations, and convert them into clients
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for order execution
