Job Overview

At All Time Plastics, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining contact with international customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand customer needs and requirements
  2. Maintain contact with all customers in the international market area
  3. Responsible for all marketing aspects of assigned geographical regions
  4. Negotiate and finalize quotes, sales orders, and payment terms with overseas clients
  5. Follow up on new enquiries, provide quotations, and convert them into clients
  6. Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for order execution
  7. Update clients about order developments and resolve any queries or problems
  8. Resolve after-sales quality issues
  9. Coordinate with the logistics team to get vessel schedules
  10. Punch sales orders into the system
  11. Maintain Data Management Systems and MIS
