Senior Sales Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Lead - LAP to join our team at Peoplemint Consultants LLP. As a Senior Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a large team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
The estimated salary for this role is around ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications. To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the LAP industry, with a strong understanding of financials and ability to read and understand financial statements and reports.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a large team to achieve business objectives.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Presenting cases to senior management with comprehensive facts and insights.
- Analyzing and understanding financial statements and reports to make informed business decisions.
