Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales Manager to spearhead our regional expansion efforts. This role is crucial in enhancing our presence in the assigned territory through new channel appointments and end-to-end operationalization of partner centers.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve high-quality sign-ups by aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team and proactively identifying new leads, converting them through high-quality sales pitches.
  • Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, revenue targets based on operationalization, excellence in transition processes, guiding prospective channel partners to identify suitable properties meeting company criteria, ensuring timely collection of franchise fees, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for hand-holding until inauguration.
  • Run pre-launch marketing initiatives for business generation by coordinating with the marketing team to identify suitable areas and tools for visibility and enquiry generation, ensuring point-of-purchase materials are in place as per pre-sign off discussions.
Requirements
  • MBA/Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily market visit norms.
Estimated Salary

Rs. 12 lakhs per annum (approximate), depending on location and experience.
