Dynamic Sales Strategist

Lighthouse Learning Group is seeking a skilled sales professional to lead our franchise expansion efforts in India. As a Dynamic Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, ensuring seamless operationalization of partner centers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Aggressively pursue high-quality sign-ups by proactively identifying new leads and converting them through compelling sales pitches.
- Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, meeting revenue targets, and guiding partners through the transition process.
- Develop and execute pre-launch marketing initiatives to generate business and increase visibility.
- Complete sales administration and compliance tasks, including managing lead management systems, validating KYC, and submitting documentation to HQ.
- MBA/Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal making.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹15 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
