About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Strategist to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and referrals.
  • Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT and digital services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
