Sales Manager (Multiple Locations)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Learning Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple territories in India.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and lead a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Development: Identify and acquire new franchisees across designated territories, ensuring timely operationalization and revenue targets are met.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively source and convert leads through high-quality sales pitches, achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Operational Handover: Ensure seamless handover of new franchisees, including provision of necessary resources, equipment, and support.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute pre-launch marketing campaigns, generating business enquiries and increasing brand visibility.
  • Administration: Manage the lead management system, ensure daily market visit reports, and maintain funnel management to track sales performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in franchise acquisition and deal-making, preferably with 5-8 years of experience.
  • An MBA or graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
