Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Learning Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our preschool franchise network across India.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless operationalization of new franchise partners.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working towards common goals.
Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Operationalization: Ensure seamless operationalization of new franchise partners, including timely completion of setup, staff training, and equipment installation.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchise partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans, including campaigns, promotions, and events, to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or retail sector.
- MBA/Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
