Lighthouse Learning Group is a renowned educational institution seeking a highly skilled Franchise Sales Manager to enhance its presence in the assigned territory.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving high-quality sign-ups through aggressive lead chasing and proactive identification of new leads.
- Ensuring efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, revenue targets, and excellence in transition processes.
- Running pre-launch marketing initiatives to generate business through visibility and enquiry coordination with the Marketing Team.
- Completing sales administration and compliance tasks, including lead management, daily market visits, visit reports, and funnel management.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- MBA or Graduate degree with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal making.
