Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Acies. This role involves building strong relationships with CXOs and HODs in the IT, risk management, finance, treasury, compliance, and audit functions of banks, NBFCs, and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a strong sales pipeline through deal origination, nurturing, negotiations, and closure
  • Educating customers on new automation and consulting projects that they should consider
  • Developing and executing strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions and consulting services into BFSI clients
  • Strong account management skills, including relationship-building and negotiation
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in English and Hindi (desirable)
  • Strong command on Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
