Job Summary:

A key role within the hotel, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective management of front desk operations, rooming, food & beverage services, and special requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Guest Service Manager to drive departmental efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Optimize hotel occupancy and room rate management, addressing guest complaints in a professional and effective manner.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in developing and implementing procedures to enhance guest services, sales, and departmental performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to the Guest Service team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, reservations, and outlet services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations, including conventions, groups, and special events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in guest service management, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize hotel operations and drive business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel software systems, including Property Management Systems and Revenue Management Systems.

Accommodation:

This role is based in our hotel and requires regular presence on site.
