About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Sanda Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for Sanda Hotels.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create tailored sales strategies to attract guests, secure bookings, and maximize revenue for Sanda Hotels.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and guest demographics to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage guest information, preferences, and interactions, enabling personalized sales and service.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable contracts, partnerships, and deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive business growth.
- Communication Skills: Communicate the value proposition of Sanda Hotels effectively, negotiate terms, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses, to generate leads and referrals.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and overcome objections during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads and bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing market conditions, guest preferences, and business needs to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
- Revenue Management: Understand revenue management principles and strategies to optimize pricing, availability, and distribution channels for maximum profitability.
