Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Cynosure Corporate Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage the field sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals, and collaborate with the sales leadership team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and design action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Allocate sales territories to team members and define sales coverage plans to maximize sales potential.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with the sales team in the field to support them and resolve any challenges that arise.
Requirements
  • Any Graduate with proven experience in sales field.
  • Two Wheeler is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication is must.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
