Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Perform all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage division or any other department of the hotel as assigned.
  • Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, providing guests with expert knowledge and recommendations.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu, and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
  • Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage, ensuring the hotel's resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found, and assuring follow-up with guests.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Luxury Hotel in the same capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and its standards.
  • Strong operational technical knowledge, combined with an outstanding personality and unmatched levels of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, service orientation, and interpersonal team skills, with a high level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity, and teamwork.
